At Blue Shield of California, there were several Employee Resource Groups that help give a sense of community and belonging to the people throughout the company. One of the groups is Elevating Women that focuses on supporting women and allies to empower and equip them for the workforce.

Our goal was to create a promo video to encourage others to join the Employee Resource Group.

I provided creative direction and videography for this project.
