As part of Blue Shield of California's effort to encourage and excite employees about the office reopening up again, we created a fun video that featured the CEO in his hectic work from home environment contrasted by the pleasant experience of coming back to the offices.
I was the project manager and made sure scheduling and filming stayed on task and provided creative direction to our editor to achieve the final deliverable.
The video was very well received throughout the enterprise experiencing 275% more comments, 225% more likes, and 129% more views than the average of the posts in June 2022.
